“Echoes” is a collection of reimagined versions of classic Arabic songs from the early 20th century. Through innovative production techniques, the duo transforms these traditional melodies into modern-day compositions.
Echoes is a rework of traditional Arabic songs by iconic artists such as “Om Kulthoum” and “Asmahan”, into different electronic genres ranging from Electronica to Trip-Hop and Techno. Each track has its own unique take on the classic feel, as well as an updated sound, creating a unique experience.
The album takes listeners on a journey through the depths of music, reawakening the past, yet exploring new sonic and harmonic boundaries.
